German Pancakes aka Swedish Pancakes aka Dutch Pancakes aka Hootenannys aka Pannekoeken


You know this one. Made for years as a puffy breakfast, lunch or dinner item.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix in blender, the following ingredients:
¾ C Spudnut™ mix
3 Eggs
¾ C Milk
Lemon, Powder Sugar or Syrup
Take ½ cube of butter, place it in the Pyrex dish, then place that dish in the oven while it pre-heats.  The size is usually 9” x 12”, or in a large glass pie plate. When oven is pre-heated, tilt the melted butter all over the bottom and the sides, be careful, the butter may splatter. Then pour the batter mixture into the dish or plate.
Cook for 13-16 minutes until nicely browned and the side’s poof up.
